Train with Pennie
Oh My Quad founder Pennie Varvarides is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, specialising and qualified in high intensity training, mobility work, kettlebells, weight loss, endurance, pad work and strength training.
She’s a 2nd dan black belt in taekwondo, holds a couple of medals for kickboxing at a national level (full and semi-contact) and is a qualified BeachBody Live Insanity instructor; she’s also qualified in posture analysis and correction. She’s based at PureGym Finsbury Park in North London.
Pennie is experienced working with a variety of clients, including busy city workers, athletes, martial artists, stay at home mums and people coming back from an injury. She helps clients looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve mobility or train for a particular event.
Pennie set up OMQ in 2015 as a way to share helpful information with people lost in confusion when it comes to healthy living. There’s a lot of nonsense out there and it can be hard to navigate. That’s why OMQ came to be and that’s the same approach Pennie takes with all her clients. She used to be quite overweight herself, living on a diet of chips and beer. Arming herself with the knowledge to change her life forever, she turned it all around. And now she works to help others with their own health and fitness journeys.
Everything is bespoke, designed with your goals and body in mind. There’s no one-size fits all, so we work hard to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need when it comes to fitness and nutrition coaching. If you’re interested in training with Pennie in person, interested in online coaching or looking for a bespoke fitness programme, register your interest below or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
